Brian Dennehy portrait
Managing Director

Brian Dennehy LLB FPFS

Brian holds both Chartered and Certified Financial Planner qualifications (the highest level currently achievable in the industry). With more than thirty years’ experience in financial services, he is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients through detailed and ground-breaking research. Brian’s idea of fun is taking part in charity challenges such as the gruelling Marathon de Sables and climbing Kilimanjaro, with the odd triathlon thrown in for good measure!
Tara Dennehy portrait
Director

Tara Dennehy DipFA

Since joining in 2018, Tara has been managing the company whilst also advising clients – with a particular interest in advising on the issue of divorce and the complex financial situations that many find themselves in during the process. When she’s not keeping an eye on how many times Brian visits the office cake table, Tara is an avid marathon runner.
Ruairi Dennehy portrait
Chartered Financial Planner

Ruairi Dennehy APFS

Ruairi joined Dennehy Wealth in 2017 after completing an apprenticeship with HSBC’s Global Equity Markets team. Ruairi has been advising clients since qualifying in 2019, and in 2023 obtained Chartered Financial Planner status. Ruairi is also a qualified Discretionary Investment Manager, and sits on our Investment Committee. When he’s not coming up with creative new initiatives and looking after his clients, he can usually be found running with his dogs or in the gym, though best not to ask which football team he supports!
Discretionary Investment Manager

Joe Richardson CertPFS

Joe joined the team in March 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the finance industry, including roles at major institutions like Barclays and Neptune Investment Management. He has also spent many years advising and building several new businesses, including ventures within the investment management sector. As a qualified Discretionary Portfolio Manager, Joe plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our DFM service, from in-depth research to strategic investment decisions. When Joe isn't identifying the next big investment opportunity, he is channelling his energy into training for an Ironman 70.3 event and resisting the office treats!
Chartered Financial Planner

Gus Lart APFS

Gus joined Dennehy Wealth in 2022 and has more than 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry helping individuals and families protect their loved ones and reach their investment goals. Gus is a Chartered Financial Planner and currently working toward Fellowship with the CII, their highest qualification. Gus advises a diverse client base, from young professionals to retirees, tailoring solutions to their individual needs and developing long term relationships. Outside of work Gus has his hands full spending time with his two young children!
Andy Price portrait
Senior Administrator

Andy Price

Having been with Dennehy Wealth for over 20 years, Andy is worth his weight in gold at keeping our records up to date, processing trades and liaising with platforms and providers. As the current longest standing member of staff (after Brian), it’s safe to say we’d be lost without Andy!
Amy Clare portrait
Senior Administrator

Amy Clare

A native Bristolian who can still do a lovely ‘Brissol’ accent despite moving to London in 2002, Amy worked for both Axa and Clerical Medical before joining us in 2003. A highly valued member of the admin team who is always happy to assist with queries from all quarters. Outside of work Amy’s weekends tend to consist of driving her sons from one sporting event to another, and fitting in gym classes in between.
Kylie Woods portrait
Client Administrator

Kylie Woods

Having joined in 2021, Kylie works across both Dennehy Wealth and its sister company FundExpert. You may have already been warmly greeted by Kylie if you’ve visited the office recently. When not at work, Kylie is a running and fitness enthusiast, but also the life and soul of the party!
Erica Broderick portrait
Office Administrator

Erica Broderick

Erica has an established background in bookkeeping and finance and joined Dennehy Wealth in 2007 to help with anything and everything admin based. Her interests include walking in the countryside (especially if there is a pub at the end!) – although recently her time is taken up looking after the stray dog she rescued and making sure she doesn’t escape through the garden fence.
Client Administrator

Sarah Collins

Sarah joined the Dennehy Wealth team in April 2024, bringing over 8 years of experience working in advisory firms. Sarah works closely with the advisers to ensure that clients consistently receive exceptional service and support. When Sarah’s not busy managing client queries, she enjoys walking her dog Dexter, and tackling what seems to be an endless stream of DIY projects at home – it could be her second job!
Paraplanner (External)

Stuart Stanford APFS, IMC, CertCII (MP), CertPFS

Stuart is our external Paraplanner and manages his own firm,
Root Paraplanning
. As a Paraplanner with more than 10 years’ experience working for a handful of IFAs, from small firms to nationwide companies, Stuart’s sole focus has been refining his technical skills, using them to produce comprehensive and meaningful reports. Now also qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner, Stuart can put the studying to one side and go back to enjoying his swimming and running.
Cassie the dog portrait
Head of Four-Legged Employees

Cassie

Cassie’s been a valued member of staff for 10 years now. Her Border Collie brain has helped navigate us through the turbulent times of Brexit, Trump, the Coronavirus pandemic and much, much more! Her daily walk by the Dennehy clan keeps her brain ticking over to spark new and exciting ideas. Her charisma and enthusiasm for bin-rummaging is truly palpable – she gets that from the Boxer in her.
Nala the dog portrait
Head of Security

Nala

The newest, and maddest, four-legged employee. If she’s not annoying her big sister Cassie then you can find this crazy Boxador guarding the office, and particularly Tara! If you’re ever in the office you might be lucky (or unlucky) enough to hear Nala vocalising her thoughts, which usually means barking at anyone who leaves their desk.
